All Rugs on our website are Made To Order. To make a Rug from scratch usually takes 3-4 weeks. Then delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days.

This does depend on the availability of your chosen material and border. We take pride in ensuring each rug is meticulously handmade to your exact specifications.

Yes - Simply head over to our "Design Your Own Rug" tool, put together a rug of your choice, and then before checkout you will have the option to order samples. You can create as many rugs, and order as many Free Samples from us as you like!

Seen a Rug you like in our Product Gallery? Click the product, select the Free Sample option under its size options and take it straight to your basket! Add a few you'd like to see and we'll get those posted out to you as soon as you have placed your Free Sample Order.

Yes - we offer free delivery on all rug orders within Mainland UK. If you require shipping to Non-Mainland UK or elsewhere in Europe, please reach out to our friendly team, and we'll be happy to provide you with a tailored delivery quote.

You can opt to upgrade delivery to Priority Delivery - this allows you to nominate a preferred delivery day, opt of Next Day and even Saturday delivery dates.

Intec Stain Protection is a water-based, non-toxic treatment that forms an invisible barrier on each fiber of a rug, protecting it from dirt, spills, and wear. Developed for high-traffic commercial areas, Intec helps maintain the rug's appearance, making it easier to clean and prolonging its life. At the moment we do not have the facility to fit stair runners, as we sell nationwide. We recommend finding a qualified and experienced tradesman in your local area, asking them to come and measure up your stairs, and then ordering the length of runner you require from us.

Sisal and Polypropylene are excellent for high-traffic areas due to their durability and stain resistance.

You can measure your stairs using string and tape or by calculating the dimensions of each step. We also have a handy calculator tool which can help you work out the length of runner you need. Detailed instructions are provided in our guide above. If you intend to order a stair runner with us, we generally advise that you work with a local qualified tradesman to measure up your stairs for you before placing your order with us.

We recommend hiring a certified installer for the best results. However, if you are confident in your measuring and DIY skills, you can follow our Stair Runner Installation Guide above.

We suggest adding at least 20-30cm to your final length to ensure the runner is not too short. Excess length can be trimmed during installation.

Yes, we offer the option to leave the ends of the runner unbound for easy trimming to size. Just leave us a note in the comments section of your order.

Yes, stair runners can be customized to fit curved or winding stairs. Accurate measurement and professional installation are crucial for these types of stairs. We would not recommend a DIY'er to tackle a complex staircase like this alone.

Regular vacuuming, spot cleaning, and using a suitable cleaning solution for the specific material are key to maintaining a stair runner.
