Malawi Rustic Sisal Rug with Cotton Arabica Border
Sisal is spun from agave fibre into robust, characterful weaves. It is rated heavy domestic, so it suits busy rooms.
Each rug is made to order in the UK by a skilled workshop and finished by hand with its border. The size you choose is the finished size, border included.
It also comes as a runner for hallways and landings.
This pairing is also suitable for stairs. Contact us for a free quote on a stair runner made from it.

Vacuum regularly with a good suction vacuum cleaner. Set the suction high, so it reaches the base of the weave and lifts out dust and grit.
Use suction only, because rotating beater bars and brushes can damage the surface of the weave.
For longer-lasting protection, tick Intec stain protection under Finishing touches. Intec is a water-based treatment applied before your rug is sent. It helps stop stains and dirt soaking in, and does not change the colour or feel of your rug.
Our Stain Removal and Cleaning Set is made for natural fibres. It has a cleaning solution for all-over cleaning, a spot cleaner for spills, and a brush and cloth to apply them.
Natural plant fibres such as sisal are not affected by moths.
