All Rugs on our website are Made To Order. To make a Rug from scratch usually takes 3-4 weeks. Then delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days.

This does depend on the availability of your chosen material and border. We take pride in ensuring each rug is meticulously handmade to your exact specifications.

Yes - Simply head over to our "Design Your Own Rug" tool, put together a rug of your choice, and then before checkout you will have the option to order samples. You can create as many rugs, and order as many Free Samples from us as you like!

Wool can absorb moisture, which may lead to mold and mildew if not properly dried. Despite getting wet Wool rugs will usually recover without long term problems if properly dried, hence their high water resistance score.
