Let me first start by conveying to you an acknowledgement of Val for her incredible help during this time and for the standard of excellence she’s achieved over her time running The Natural Rug Company. I know that her attention to detail and quality service made a huge impact.
A bit about myself. My name is Ben. Family is my main focus in life and I’m blessed to have a supportive wife and two young girls; who each remind me daily why I do this. I’m passionate about customer service and I’m aiming to continue Val’s ambition of helping people find the perfect rug for their home.
As the business moves forward I look forward to getting to know you and coming to understand your needs. I’m committed to providing you with the best possible experience and that involves listening to your feedback and keeping focused on offering the quality you have come to expect from us.
